He is the author of the definitive legal treatise on motion practice Matrimonial Motion Practice in New York, which is at the very foundation of matrimonial litigation, the acclaimed Divorce Law Handbook: A Comprehensive Guide to Matrimonial Practice and Unmarried Couple's Legal Survival Guide. He serves as Editor of the New York State Bar Association's Family Law Review and served as the Editor of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers' publication The Annual Survey of Matrimonial Law.
